I was pleased to find Giftly to send a gift card after failed attempts elsewhere. I didn’t know Giftly existed and the BBB standing was a huge part of my decision to use them. Nothing was obscure or hidden from me as I checked out. After finding out my recipient wouldn’t open the Giftly link because of their VPN, I had to cancel the card.

This whole situation made our evening with friends quite unpleasant. I believe they should send me a physical gift card to make up for this terrible experience. My advice would be to avoid using their services
